Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
